If you’re in need of reliable cleaning services, you've come to the right place for a top-notch residential cleaning service!
By accepting services from this business, client agrees to the following terms:
Payment Policy:
Payment is due at completion of services in the form of Cah, Check, or Zelle. Checks can be made out to Busy Girl Cleaning Services. Please be advised that a late fee of $25 will be implemented for each day that payment is overdue.
Supplies and Equipment:
Busy Girl Cleaning Services provides all supplies and equipment (for residential cleans only) for the duration of the services, minus the replenishment of trash can liners (they are all different sizes!) If client has preference of fragrance or cleaner, that can be provided at the cleint's expense.
Cancellation:
If a client needs to cancel an appointment, please provide 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours will require 50% of the estimated cost of the agreed quote. Late cancellation payments must be settled prior to future scheduling.
Excessive Clutter:
Areas in the Home with excessive clutter will be skipped during the cleaning process. It hinders the ability to clean the space efficiently and effectively. Please assure the space is tidied up prior to services for the best clean possible. This helps maintain high standards of cleanliness and satisfactory cleaning for the client.
Pet Policy:
Pets are family too! Busy Girl Cleaning makes great efforts to make sure they are comfortable with cleaning services, as new people in the home can change their behavior. If you have a pet that may become aggressive during separate until the cleaning is finished. Client makes the decision to create or free-roam.
Lock Out:
If for any reason, Busy Girl Cleaning is unable to enter the property for services, client has a 30-minute window to provide access to the property. If the client fails to provide entry with the specified time frame, a fee equal to 50% of the agreed quote will incur.
Estimate Change:
If for any reason the estimated cost of cleaning services needs to be increased or decreased, Busy Girl Cleaning will promptly notify the client of the reason for the cost change. This will be communicated with detailed explanation as to why services may need to be added or deducted from the service.
Media Release:
During the cleaning service, Busy Girl Cleaning may take photos or videos for social media, marketing, or proof of service. It is assured that no identifying features, personal information, or family photos will be shared. An example of this would be a before and after of a glass shower door. All client information will remain anonymous. Photos are the best way to showcase the work performed.
Biohazards:
Busy Girl Cleaning Services does not provide biohazard cleaning services. This business is not licensed in biohazard cleanup, or anything related to the following: blood, feces, bodily fluids, vomit, or any other matter pertaining to human or pet waste. It is the responsibility of the client to arrange for a specialized service if needed for these services.
